The Dream of a Prince
3:34 PM | Saturday, December 29, 2007

hold the drooling, loves. haha. ain't he a cutie? haha. well, i've been watching a Taiwanese series named, "Romantic Princess" and i can't get enough of it. haha. for one, it's really funny & entertaining, two, it stars Angela Zhang whom i loved since Dolphin Bay (it's a long long journey.. yea, you get it. haha) and three, wooot woot, see that guy above? he's the prince charming of our Romantic Princess. *melts* who wouldn't want to watch a series with that face in it? haha. that's Wu Chun or Nan Feng Jin (his charcacter name). his character is guy of mystery whose emotions are always held back but wait till our Romantic Princess teach him on how to express & bravely face his emotions. :))

haha. another prince, eh? tssk. i have tons more. i have Chris Tiu, Chris Yu (Spring Waltz), Prince Gian (Princess Hours), Troy (Princess Hours), Cyrus (My Name is Kim Sam Soon), Cholo (Stairway to Heaven), DoumingSi (or however you spell that, Meteor Garden), Lei (Meteor Garden), Justin (Full House) and more more more. name it, the TV's got it. haha. but seriously, these guys are the type that would make a woman fall head over heels for, am i right or am i right? we often have our ideal men which we base on the guys we see on TV. but gals, try to get back to reality and ponder if in this time, in this generation, there are still those kind of guys. well if there are, they're endangered species. lucky if destiny allows you to have one. but really, these shows are so idealistic. they have prince-like guys, mansions, bodyguards, aristocrats.. blahblah. oh c'mon, as if those exists in real life. well maybe they do but they're not as glamorous & fab as what we see on TV. princes only exist in fairytales, well hunny, life isn't a fairytale.

harsh? i'm just saying the truth. so girls, dreaming is not a crime. but never confuse fantasy & reality.. you'll be in the losing end if so. ^____^

ps: if you wanna stalk that guy above, i have his blog linked. :P find it in my 'links' portion. :D

A day to love.
8:53 PM | Wednesday, December 26, 2007

i you were living my life, i bet you all my money in my wallet that you'd super love this day. who wouldn't?? :p

story time! :))

we were supposed to meet with my cousins @ 1 PM in the Paseo area. i was with MenMen (a cousin) waiting for the others to arrive. we stayed at Off Roads and i got the chance to have the drink i am obsessing with, Mocha Frap! yuuuuumm. twas just 60php (a lot cheaper than Starbucks') and it was love. haha :)) around, quarter to two, the other's (Liezel & Blinky -the cousins and Janine- Liz's friend) arrived and we went to Kartzone (which was just a 3 minute walk away from Off Roads) it was the first time for us (Liz & Menmen, twas the second time for Janine, and Blinky decided to be our official photographer. haha) so we were a bit nervous since we had no idea what to do with those go karts. haha. there were a lot of people at first and we wanted them all to disappear since the thought of having your first kart ride, us being clueless and a quite a lot of strangers for and audience was hella intimidating. it was then our turn. the first turn i had on my first lap was quite, what's the word.. , uneasy. but after the first turn, i was like "it's not that bad" and so i started enjoying the ride. we hade 8 laps but for me, the 8 laps lasted like forever. i loved that 10 minutes of my life. the breeze, the speed, the noise of the motor engine, the curves, the acceleration, the grass, the vie.. it was all just breath-taking. i want i want i want i want i want m-o-r-e. :D i never imagined the feeling to be like that. hahaha. i was sorta happy that in the last 7 laps, my engine didn't stop, but when i was about to make my last turn, i went into the grass instead. hahaha. nothing but a last minute blooper. hahaha. but all in all, I LOOOOOVED IT. haha. i shall promise to myself that that would not be my last karting. hahaha. and miraculously, after our 8 laps, when we went back to the main location, it was deserted. haha. wth, where did our audience go? hahaha :D

so so, we went to Ayala, they got some Cokefloats & we stayed at Food Choi. we had talks about our cousins and my blog (my cousins actually read this piece of crap. hahaha. hey guys! *waves* -if ever your reading. haha ^___^) i saw my mom & she said she'll be watching a movie and we'd go home together. okey. ^___^ Janine had to go and so it was just us, with my cuzs. we went window shopping -checking out the clothes & trying out the glasses. and of course, vanity fair. haha. we even got in trouble (not that big, though) at Penshoppe when we wanted to take pictures at that cute lil couch they have. haha. the guard called our attention. we weren't supposed to take pictures inside the shop. wth. the purpose of the cute lil couch was defeated. all we wanted was to capture its cuteness. haha. darn you, guard. haha. all we wanted was the cuteness of the couch not the designs of your shirts. we aren't thieves. we're too pretty to be one (back me up on this one, cuzs. haha).

(the couch @Penshoppe)

it was my longest stay at Ayala with friends (cousins actually, but they're my friends too :)) we left at around 7.20 because my mom, who forgot about us, already went. good thing she was still at a drug store across Country Mall so she asked us to meet her there, cause if not, i'd be scared to ride the trike going to our place alone and it'll be one angry father when i come home. haha. but the experience was nice though, a jeepney ride when the jeepney lights (inside) were on (coz usually, i'm home before they even turn on. haha) yeiiy me. :)

so yea. that's the end of my lil narration. i want this day to be remembered so i'm giving it a slot here at my blog. haha. have you noticed i've been posting blogs for consecutive days now? told you i'd be blogging more. and the mood you see on the sidebar's true. i'm feeling bubbly. haha. ^___^

Christmas in our hearts.
3:42 PM | Monday, December 24, 2007

it's just an hour before it's officially Christmas. we just came home from a little 'salo salo' we had at my uncle's house with our grandad. and we just opened the gifts. i am now hearing some fireworks, the house music and the screams of our neighbors who're having a little Christmas party within their family. at least we have something to brighten up our Christmas spirits, right? but honestly, if i compare this Christmas with the previous ones, i would say that the past Christmas were merrier and jollier. i don't know. it just seems that every year, Christmas gets more and more.. hmm.. dull? i'm sorry if ever some of you reading may react violently with this, well this is my effin' blog so bare with me and my rants. :P yeaaa.. i miss the old times when we'd go caroling like everyone else, everyone goes to the chapel with anticipation, and returning home is one happy and excitement-filled walk. when eating the noche buena was one hecka partey and watching the fireworks would be the wonderful closing scene of the night. i miss old times. i don't know why things have changed a lot. i don't understand why good things never last. o.O

anyway, i've learned a lesson tonight. while we were in my uncle's house, my lolo gave away envelopes (cash gifts). upon seeing what was inside, i was like "okey." because i was accustomed to the amount of money in it as it is the same amount i receive every week for my allowance. but hearing my cousin (who was older than me by a year) gushing, "dako-a uy. ("it's a lot of money") made me realize how fortunate i am. see? the money i received was so-so for me but it was a big deal for other people. things that i have & find ordinary are extraordinary and amazing to another's eyes. by that minute, i really turned silent and realized that i have been ranting a lot about things in my life (ie. the one above. hahaha) but i am not aware that this life which i find unsatisyfying is a life the another would die to have. i have realized that i must be thankful that i am fortunate to have this life, that he blessed me with this life. haaaaay, sometimes i am just blinded by shiny things.. but not all shiny things are gold. sometimes, an old dusty ring that you've always had might even turn out to be gold without you realizing it.

so yeaaaa, lesson learned. :) well, Merry Christmas everyone. we'll be having our annual Christmas Party tomorrow with the Velmonte (mom's side) clan and I am so looking forward to it. (see you cuzs- if ever you're reading this. haha-!!)

MERRY CHRISTMAS :)
may you have a fab&glam Christmas, guys.

Falalalala lala la
6:27 PM | Friday, December 21, 2007

wow. i've been away for such a long time. my last (proper) blog was Dec 8. a lot's happened since then. :)

after winning the Daygon Eliminations, we presented our daygon during the Daygon Festival last December 7. i think we sucked at it. hahaha. :)) but i still want to have a certificate for that winning. ain't the school giving us one? at east we have something to post on our damn door.

the week after, we went back to practicing our dance palabas presentation (fancy drills-majorettes). everyone was so excited for the second presentation because as blogged last october, we weren't able to receive our costumes on time so we had to present in our own clothes. hahaha. it was one hack of a funny experience. so this time, we'll be having our much loved costume on us during the dance. love love. family day came (dec 16, 2007) we danced our fancy drill with much enthusiasm. haha. :)
yeiiy for us. :) then, we went back to our classrooms, got changed, got the room ready for the visitors (parents-of course! :)) and got the food set. :) we had loooots of food. among the 5 sections of grade9, we had the most food. haha. then, we had a program. a lot shared their talents and whatnots. but program had to end. we still needed to change for our daygon at 1. yes, we're presenting the daygon for the 3rd freaking time.
but before the daygon presentation, we had to squadron the grounds for the dance palabas. the squadron was like a fucking piece of hell for me. imagine the the heat. and just to remind you, i was in full costume, with the skirt, hat, stockings, gloves, make-up and all. and the stockings were like burning everytime the sun hits me. when we were given a rest time before the daygon, everyone was just so dead. we wanted to sleep right there and then with all the sweat and God-knows-what. but still, the show must go on. we presented the daygon for the third (and hopefully the last, oh God, we deserve a certificate for this. grrrr)

afterwards, went back upstairs to change and we got our bags and we were already allowed to go home. almost everyone left. except me and some others. in my case, i was supposed to be fetched at 4 and twas like just around 2.45 that time. i stayed with my barkada (karen, lea, jac, adz) while we were at the corridors, a hired band (just some people for entertainement) started playing. there were just less than 150 students left that time. around 40-50 people were infront of the stage where the band was playing. then, this is when the fun begins. the band started playing some reggae songs (Buffalo Soldier :)) and we decided to join the crowd. the crowd was sooooo wild then. we had a mini-concert-slash-disco everyone was on high.. dancing, singing and rocking he afternoon. it was just us, some juniors and some seniors. but God, it was one heck of an afternoon. :)

the monday after that, we were spared from classes. went back on tuesday and had our periodical exams on wednesday (last wednesday, dec 19). exams were fine, i guess. i find some subjects hard. but chem was amazingly easy (yeiiiiy us!). we had our last tests this morning and had our Christmas Parteeeeey afterwards. haha :)) i received a lot of gifts (thanks to everyone!). once again, fooood. :) we had awardings and, hahahahaha, i got the WizKid Award (i see raised eyebrows, haha). lolness. had games games games, and food food food and icing on our faces. :P

after that, OBHP went to Ayala. we were finally complete. we were with Pamela Solon, our dearly beloved kabarkada who migrated to California last April who's visiting Cebu for Christmas Vacay. :) we missed her sooooooo much. and she's changed a lot (physically) . haha. she's grown taller, hair longer, and girly-er. hahaha. :D

so, yea. it's Christmas Vacay:) Christmas is just like 4 days awayyy. :) so, i guess i'll be blogging more on the next fer days since i love and miss blogging. :)

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL :))

Daygon Elims for Juniors was held last Tuesday, Nov 4, 2007 and guess who bagged the 1st place?

US. :) yeeeiy. all the hardwork paid off. :) i was not expecting Endurance to win actually. many were saying the night before that we had a big chance to win it and all i could say was 'Come what may' didn't really cared that much. haha. during the presentation, not a hint of nervousness was in me. i don't know. felt like i was just practicing the whole thing. hahaha. but still, we did it. :) congrats to us.

ps: original post edited for the greater good. figure it out.
