you're seeing the future, baby

okey, so today at Idol, we learn that either Paula has the ability to see the future or that she possesses the attention span of a rabbit. tonight was totally Paula's Night of Shame. laugh and die.
Pick of the Week - NONE.reason: no performance really stuck into my mind after my first view. i partly blame the people who started the idea of letting them sing two songs this week. jesus christ, everything was like on fast forward. wth? it gave a total of 10 songs.. and like duh? top 10 even had 2 hours air time, right? and you think having the judges say what they wanna say right after everyone sung can save you enough time, well, maybe.. but it fucking confused everyone else. if you suckers really wanted them to sing two songs tonight, you should've at least extended the air time to like 1 hour and 30 minutes or something. right on, geniuses. and i partly blame the contestants for serving us mediocre entertainment.
so let's get on with it.
-----------------------------
SIDE A - (the side where they decided to fast forward the entire thing)
Jason Castro - "Forever In Blue Jeans"i really like Jason. and the way he sings. this one was okey for me. he was off key in few of the notes, but in totality, it was O-key.
David Cook - "I'm Alive"screechy.
Brooke White - "I'm A Believer"if song murder is a crime, she could be sued for what she did. and she looked so stupid with the batty eyes and wobbly head. her head and facial expressions remind me of London Tipton when she's all stupid and dumb.
David Archuleta - "Sweet Caroline"it's nice he chose an upbeat song. so far, it's one of the performances that i can vaguely remember. well, that's better than the rest of the performances that went dirctly to recycle bin.
Syesha Mercado - "Hello Again"it was in this song that i realized that i liked her lower voice better than the high and shouty one
--------------------------------
SIDE B
Jason Castro - "September Morn"side a performance was better than this one
David Cook - "All I Really Need Is You"one of the performances that i can also vaguely remember. it was better than side a performance for me.
Brooke White - "I Am.. I Said"lyrics on her hand - LOL. she was running out of breath on the first verse. i kinda liked the bridge. and then i went all screechy on the chorus
David Archuleta - "America" (i was about to type David Castro. wtfh is that? lmao)
two upbeat songs for tonight. nice. he does listen to what other people are trying to tell him.. that we are sick of ballads. yea, i can remember parts of this one.. especially the part where he lost a note and his face was all like, "oh shoot" lol
Syesha Mercado - "Thank Lord for the Nighttime"fun side of Syesha :)

Additional Notes:
* Shame on Paula
* ew Simon's chest hair
* i love Neil Diamond's calmness.
* the stage lights amazed me more than the performances. i could remember most of the lightings they used than what the hell the singers sounded like
